Meet Shannon Emery
Over the last 20 years, while I was running rock-star real estate brokerages with upwards of 150 brokers, helping to oversee a $16 million dollar budget for a local non-profit (along with operations, HR, IT, and accounting), and helping empower my daughter's powerhouse PTA as their Treasurer, I've discovered this truth: every organization needs someone who can see both the 30,000-foot strategy and the ground-floor details with simultaneous clarity.
In fact, I've spent well over a decade as a successful business owner myself. I know firsthand the grit and gumption it takes - and the power of recognizing when it's time to leverage your time and resources.
That's why I formed Bluebird Business Solutions.

I have a unique talent and passion for helping entrepreneurs and companies recognize the big picture and align their nitty-gritty, critical, day-to-day processes with their goals to free up time, increase accountability and enhance productivity. So they can do more dreaming, more doing, more of the things they love.
For many, that means handing off the bookkeeping and financial operations to an experienced and reliable professional who can do it in a fraction of the time (that’s me!). For others, it’s connecting with a “thinking partner” who can help strategize, foresee challenges, and come up with creative solutions (also me!).
I never met an “i” I couldn’t dot or a “t” I couldn’t cross.
On the golf course or trout stream with my husband Scott, cheering from the sidelines of our daughter's latest interest, or deep in conversation with a friend, I'm someone who goes all-in. It's a quality that has guided my personal and professional life and continues to make me an asset to my Bluebird clients.

I’m so proud to have Lee supporting Bluebird and helping me round out the services I offer my clients. She brings a mix of skills that are hard to find in one person, from coding and data analysis to bookkeeping, software setup, and cleanup work that requires patience and precision.
Lee is the person I trust with the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep everything running smoothly. She helps with account setup, backdated bookkeeping, reconciliations, and the detailed financial maintenance that gives clients a clean, accurate foundation. For many clients, she also manages the ongoing bookkeeping and works directly with them to support their business goals.
Her analytical strengths complement my relationship-driven approach. I focus on strategy, clarity, and client conversations. She digs into the data, finds the patterns, and keeps everything organized. It’s a balance that allows me to serve clients more efficiently without losing the personal connection that Bluebird is built on.
